Poster presentations are on Tuesday September 19th from 16:00 to 17:30.  These may be set up as early as Sunday afternoon September 17th, but no later than 8:45 Tuesday morning. Posters should remain in place through Wednesday September 20th, preferably until noon. 

Each board will be numbered on the upper left corner. Be sure to place your poster on the assigned board which is shown in the conference final program. Each poster board will accommodate a Portrait AO poster which is 841 mm wide by 1189 mm high. Thumb tacks or tapes will be provided to hang your poster. Posters are to be removed from the boards no later than 16:00 on Wednesday the 20th. After that, staff will remove all remaining posters.
