Abstracts may be submitted as a word document or PDF file and each must include author’s name(s), affiliation(s), position(s), e-mail address(es), and your preferred presentation type, as oral or poster presentation. Early submissions of abstracts are encouraged before July 15. The abstracts submissions deadline is July 21, with final notifications of acceptance by July 22, 2023.
